Feel the collective energy of our sisterhood, it's like a real live Care Bear Stare. All sentient beings have the right to receive or to pass. We will offer the invitation up to all and ask that it go to the earth when no wanted. Come to receive or come to give. All are welcome. Everyone feels better afterwards!

Women's Ease of Being is your gift to yourself. This class is perfect for anyone who is interested in de-stressing, rebalancing and exploring aspects of emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. You will whittle back the layers of tension, stress, pain and overwhelm through the soothing practice of restorative yoga poses, healing breath practices and the deeply healing meditative practice of iRest. You will receive a recording or each meditation so that you can experience the benefits of a daily practice.
