The simplest and most cost effective way is to find out what the exchange rate is and etransfer that amount in Canadian Dollars (to kim@fulllifeuyoga.com) and I will put it onto my US account. If you have a US bank account, you can write me a cheque or deliver cash to the studio. So far there doesn't seem to be a way for you to eTransfer from a US account.
