This is a fabulous and amazingly adaptive system. Our inner Parts contain valuable qualities, and our core Self knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole. I have developed a deeply compassionate, safe and profoundly effective form of healing. It incorporates Internal Family Systems psychotherapy (IFS), iRest Yoga Nidra, Reiki energy healing, and Transparent Communication.
First, we walk together through your inner geography, getting to know the Parts of you that have been running the show. Next, I help you develop cooperative relationships versus polarizations within your system. Then we are free to heal your trauma, big "T" trauma and/or little "T" trauma.
When done right, this healing is lasting and can release incredible energy, creativity and spontaneity into your system.

Reiki, pronounced Ray-Key, means Universal (Rei) Life Energy (Ki) which are the building blocks of all things.
I understand Reiki to be the same as Shiva/Shakti energy, divine Consciousness, Buddha Nature, Christ Consciousness, and Self energy.
Reiki practitioners channel this energy, drawing it through their bodies and sending it to their clients. It is very gentle and non-invasive.
