In this specialized class we will: - decrease stress - increase strength & mobility - offer tools and support to manage stress The tools we will use: - yoga poses - breath work - meditation - sharing - iRest Yoga Nidra - Internal Family Systems Therapy - Transparent Communication All instruction is trauma informed.
