Join me, Kim Lawrence, and a beautiful group of souls in the Sacred Valley of Peru where we will be staying in the world-renowned Willka T’ika Wellness Retreat Centre with its famous sacred Chakra Gardens, enjoy the highlights of Cusco, the major Sacred Valley sites, and a special two-day visit to Machu Picchu. We will have our very own, highly experienced, trilingual guide who will accompany our group at all times, sharing awe-inspiring stories of the Inca and translating the transcendent Quechua words of the Qero healers. I will be interweaving a very special yogic program that rests on the framework of the chakra system, which is beautifully supported by the Chakra Gardens of Willka T’ika and the juicy energy of the Sacred Valley herself. We will be healing/transforming physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually through non-dual yogic philosophy and psychology, asana (embodiment practices, somatic experiencing), mudra (sacred hand symbols), mantra (sacred sound), pranayama (breath/energy practices), iRest Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation, meditation & mindful self-inquiry), the very popular Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS - non-pathologizing psycho-spiritual therapy), COMMUNITY and FUN!!!
