Join me, Kim Lawrence, and a beautiful group of souls in the Sacred Valley of Peru where we will be staying in the world-renowned Willka T’ika Wellness Retreat Centre.

We will be spending quality time at Willka T’ika with its renowned sacred Chakra Gardens, enjoy the highlights of Cusco, the major Sacred Valley sites, and a special two-day visit to Machu Picchu.

Willka T'ika will assign us a highly experienced trilingual guide who will accompany our group at all times, sharing awe-inspiring stories of the Inca and translating the transcendent Quechua words of the Qero healers. I will be interweaving a special yogic program that supports your deepest personal transformation. We will be following the ancient and modern-day map of the Chakra System with which Willka T’ika is the perfect setting! Did you know they have specific gardens that support each energy center?!

I will be drawing from my 25 years of experience with yoga, breath work, meditation, iRest Yoga Nidra and Internal Family Systems Psychotherapy (IFS). You will have the opportunity to go deeper than you have ever gone before. This isn’t just a holiday. If you choose to, you can go on a profound healing journey healing physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. You will learn how to mindfully recognize how your system works, the parts in play, why they do what they do (they all have a positive intention) and how to build relationships with them so that you are working together instead of against them. You will have the opportunity to unburden and heal your system so that your essence, your big “S” Self can shine through and guide all of these amazing Parts. These Parts or aspects of your personality who can remember their innate innocence, creativity, and spontaneity. Returning home you may find your life is much more in flow as you experience this profound realignment of your internal system. You will be entering a new way of being in the world where Self-Leadership is the norm, not the exception. This process is powerfully enhanced by the energy of Sacred Valley, by the people who live there, and the intentional creation of Willka T’ika itself.
