Inner Work

We will be doing daily yoga practices that support happy hearts and healthy bodies as well as Group Growth Sessions where we will explore our common humanity via break-out groups, holding space for others, and being held as everyone does individual healing in the safe container of the group.

Heal personal and ancestral wounds as well as be empowered through witnessing and holding space for others to do their healing. Become a part of something bigger: realize yourself, and everyone else, as divinity in action!

Cultural Immersion

You will fall in love with the people of Peru. Their kindness, equanimity, contentment and connection to nature are profound. We will be experiencing this firsthand from the staff and the pakkos (Peruvian Healer) of Willka T'ika Retreat Centre. We will be visiting the same sacred sight the Quechuan and Incan have for generations. We will be led by passionate, knowledgeable guides. Walking the paths the ancestors did, being part of authentic Quechuan Rituals and Blessings, and visiting a mountain school supported by the Willka T'ika Children's Fund, an authentic experience of what it would be like to live there.

Mamacita Barb McCaslin

"This trip fulfilled my Bucket list in many ways! Experiencing the Andes, Sacred Valley and Peruvian culture with an amazing group of travellers was beyond my expectations."

Mamacita Chelsea

I was held and supported so fully that it freed me to hold and work with my own Parts. We saw unbelievable sites, crushed mountains, and lifelong bucket list goals. It was made extra amazing because every detail was taken care of. We did not need to worry about a thing! Kim facilitated such a strong container of safety, love, acceptance & dedication that we could all fearlessly follow the teachings as well as our own hearts. And all of this happened IN PERU! The Andes, Machu Picchu, the magical and amazing Quechuan culture and its people all felt so very supportive.

Mamacita Cathy

"The personal development work that we under took was an amazing part of the trip, I thoroughly appreciated the depth we went into."
