Over the past ten years, through trial and error, I have found that combining Reiki, iRest Yoga Nidra, Transparent Communication, and now, the powerfully transformative, evidence-based model of psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), creates a highly effective and fast healing modality. It has hugely benefited people struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, substance abuse, and overall health. I sit at your head, thoroughly cleansed and masked (re: COVID), and connect with you through Presence and Reiki (energy healing administered through the hands). I usually stay at your head for the entire session, hovering, touching, and massaging your head, neck and shoulder while we talk. I offer gentle prompts to get you started and help you stay focused while assisting all of your Parts to feel safe and not alone. Clients have come to a much deeper understanding and clarity around issues that have plagued them for years. They have reported deep emotional, physical and mental healing. It is a very holistic modality. You will most likely also experience an increased sense of calm, clear, creative and courageous presence throughout your day-to-day life. Reiki creates a profoundly safe and calm connection between us. Research has shown that our nervous systems interact below a conscious level by simply being in the same space with another. I am picking up on you, and you are picking up on me. You have access to my practice and my ability to hold the space for anything that may arise. I can access things you might have become numb to or overlook, Transparent Communication. You have the conscious support of a trusted ally as you revisit non-integrated parts of your life. We journey to the root of the problem, heal the Parts that have been traumatized and are stuck in the past. This frees up enormous amounts of energy, creativity and spontaneity back into your system! Finally, you have the answer(s) and clarity you have been looking for, which sets you free to fulfill your wildest dreams!!! All of the wisdom comes from you, your True Self I help you access it. No matter what your beliefs are, this beautifully psycho-spiritual healing modality works, and it can work very quickly. I would love to share this with you.
