Join me, Kim Lawrence, and my special guest, Kim Zucarak, for the annual Destress December Love Up! What will you need? Only your Beautiful Self and maybe your beautiful besty(s). We have all the 'stuff' necessary for your blissful journey. Intuitive Movement, Deep Relaxation & Embodied Mindfulness Be nourished by Kim’s safe space, her intuitive guidance, and her depth of experience working with people via Therapeutic Yoga, iRest, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Transparent Communication, and Reiki. Sound Bathing - Soul Healing Wrapped in the warmth and strength of community, immersed in delicious healing sound, journey through your inner geography held by the kindness and love with which Kim plays. Delight in the soothing sounds of Crystal Bowls, Drums, Singing Bowls, the Gong, and a CRYSTAL HARP!!! Not to mention the angelic vocal soundings of Kim Z. herself. ​What this Love Up will look like: Beginning: Centering Meditation with Centering Sounds Middle: Intuitive Movement to Breath & Beats End: Soothing Sounds Savasana Close: Guided Integration & Sharing ​Only 10 Beauties per session ​1st Session: December 10th, 3:00 - 5:00 pm 2nd Session: December 10th, 7:00 - 9:00 pm ​Investment: $60.00

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours before the class is set to begin. We will allow last-minute registrations if there is still space in the class. Please know that if you haven't cancelled or rescheduled (if that is an option) within 24 hours, there will not be a refund as it is less likely we will be able to fill the space.
